We are looking for a Tourism Reservations Officer to work full-time in our office in Istanbul. Required qualifications: Excellent proficiency in Turkish and English languages. Previous experience in the tourism and reservations field (hotels - airlines - tourism programs). Skill in handling customer inquiries and solving problems quickly. Ability to work in a team and adhere to deadlines. Responsibilities: Implement hotel and airline bookings. Follow-up customer requests and confirm services. Coordination with companies, hotels, and partners. Data entry and file organization.
