Hiring: Part-Time Creative Content Creator (Hybrid)

You will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and publishing high-quality content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, targeting both B2B and B2C audiences. This is a hybrid position based in Istanbul, offering hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and content creation while working with a growing international company. Key Responsibilities - Create high-quality photo and video content for social media platforms. - Plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging short-form and long-form content. - Develop creative content ideas aligned with our brand identity and marketing objectives. - Produce content tailored for both B2B and B2C audiences. - Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, product launches, promotions, and seasonal projects. - Stay up to date with social media trends and recommend fresh, innovative content ideas. - Assist in maintaining a consistent visual identity across all digital channels. Requirements - 3rd or 4th-year university student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communication, Media, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field. - Must be based in Istanbul and live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Beylikdüzü office. - Own an iPhone and be comfortable using personal equipment for content creation. - Strong skills in video editing and graphic design using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or similar software. - Good understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and current content trends. - Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail. - Comfortable appearing in social media content, promotional videos, and marketing campaigns when required. - Fluent in Turkish and English (spoken and written). Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications) - Owns additional content creation equipment (such as a camera, tripod, gimbal, lighting, microphone, or similar) and is willing to use it for company projects when needed. - Has friends, family members, or acquaintances who can occasionally participate in content creation as models when required.
