Part-Time Creative Content Creator (Hybrid)

You will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and publishing high-quality content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, targeting both B2B and B2C audiences. This is a hybrid position based in Istanbul, offering hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and content creation while working with a growing international company. Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality photo and video content for social media platforms. Plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging short-form and long-form content. Develop creative content ideas aligned with our brand identity and marketing objectives. Produce content tailored for both B2B and B2C audiences. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, product launches, promotions, and seasonal projects. Stay up to date with social media trends and recommend fresh, innovative content ideas. Assist in maintaining a consistent visual identity across all digital channels. Requirements: 3rd or 4th year university student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communication, Media, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field. Must be based in Istanbul and live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Beylikdüzü office. Own an iPhone and be comfortable using personal equipment for content creation. Strong skills in video editing and graphic design using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or similar software. Good understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and current content trends. Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable appearing in social media content, promotional videos, and marketing campaigns when required. Fluent in Turkish and English (spoken and written). Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications): Owns additional content creation equipment (such as a camera, tripod, gimbal, lighting, microphone, or similar) and is willing to use it for company projects when needed. Has friends, family members, or acquaintances who can occasionally participate in content creation as models when required.
