With at least 4 years of experience in project management or operations management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or digital services company, experience in managing multiple projects at the same time and monitoring teams with multiple specialties, strong skills in organization, planning, communication, and problem-solving, ability to lead the team and take responsibility and make decisions, and English and Turkish language proficiency is a must
