Required Female Staff for International Shipping and Trade Company

We are looking for a female staff to work in an international shipping and trade company as a call center in the customer service department in Istanbul office. The candidate must be fluent in Turkish and Arabic, able to use computer and office software and prepare reports. The candidate must have a Turkish work permit or residence permit, we cannot accept a student or tourist residence permit. The candidate must be able to handle work pressure and communications and follow up on customer requests. The candidate must have the ability to persuade and understand customer requests and follow up on purchase orders.
