We are looking for a B2B Specialist who is skilled at dealing with customers and building business relationships, and will be tasked with creating and developing strategies for achieving profits through B2B channels. Some key responsibilities include: - Identifying and researching potential business partners in target markets. - Developing and maintaining relationships with hotels, hotel concierge teams, travel agencies, medical tourism agencies, beauty clinics, corporate companies, and other relevant businesses. - Contacting potential partners through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other communication channels. - Managing the partnership process from prospect identification to active partnership. - Maintaining accurate partner information, activities, and follow-ups in Zoho CRM. - Ensuring leads are correctly attributed to the relevant partner. - Following up with existing partners to increase lead generation and strengthen business relationships. - Monitoring partner performance and identifying opportunities for growth. - Coordinating affiliate links, QR codes, and partner-specific tracking systems. - Preparing and presenting partnership proposals and marketing materials. - Participating in partner meetings, hotel visits, networking events, and field sales activities when required, with field activities representing . - Supporting the development of new B2B acquisition channels. - Preparing regular reports on partner acquisition, leads, conversion, and revenue. - Working closely with the Business Development Manager and relevant internal departments.
