Communicate with customers over the phone based on the database provided by the marketing department through the CRM system. Provide initial consultations for customers related to company establishment, legal and procedural requirements, and commercial services related to the establishment process. Prepare and present daily reports to the direct supervisor on the progress of work and customer notes.
