We are looking for a Fleet Operational Specialist to join our team in Istanbul. The ideal candidate will have experience in fleet management and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The role will involve managing a fleet of vehicles, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a fleet of vehicles

• Coordinate logistics

• Ensure smooth operation of all fleet-related activities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for fleet management

• Analyze and report on fleet performance

• Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in fleet management

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
