Requirements: experience in recruitment and selecting candidates, strong skills in conducting interviews and evaluating applicants, experience in hiring sales and call center teams, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-growing team, proficiency in Arabic, English, and Turkish is a plus.
