We are seeking a dedicated and professional HR Specialist to join our team and support our HR department in our HQ in Florya/Beşyol. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day HR operations at the HQ. Support recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and conducting interviews. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations. Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures. Support onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives. Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation when required.
