We are seeking an experienced and professional HR Specialist fluent in Turkish and English to join our team and execute multiple administrative functions in our HQ in Florya/Beşyol, Istanbul. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day HR operations at the HQ. Support recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and conducting interviews. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations. Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures. Support onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives. Assist in monitoring and following up on employee attendance, leaves, and absences. Support the payroll process by collecting, checking, and following up on relevant employee data and monthly payroll inputs. Assist with employee compensation and benefits, including tracking compensation-related requests, adjustments, and payments. Support performance management processes and employee relations activities. Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation when required.
