Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales and Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis. Responsibilities include:

Responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Following up with customers and encouraging them to subscribe to our services and attend our seminars.

Transferring customer feedback and improvement suggestions to the team.

Assisting in presenting seminars and introducing Caprisen services during events and seminars.

Requirements:

Age between 20-30 years.

Residency in Istanbul.

Good knowledge of the English language.

Good communication skills.

Willingness to learn and develop.

Commitment and following up on tasks and working within a team.
