We are looking for a medical consultant to join a specialized team in the field of hair transplantation and medical aesthetics in Istanbul. Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in hair transplantation or medical tourism. - Proficiency in at least two languages from: Arabic, English, Romanian, German, Russian, French, Spanish. - Strong communication and follow-up skills. - Ability to handle patients professionally. - Experience in using WhatsApp Business and CRM. - Ability to work as a team and achieve goals. Tasks: - Communicate with patients and respond to their inquiries. - Collect information and photos of cases and send them for medical evaluation. - Follow up on patients and organize communication stages. - Provide clear and professional information about medical services. - Update and follow up patient data through CRM system.
