Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing and developing paid advertising campaigns for various projects and Brands within the company. The specialist will be responsible for managing and improving campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, and preferably Google Ads. The specialist will be required to prepare advertising strategies to achieve measurable leads and conversions. Other responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance and tracking metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS. The specialist will also be required to perform A/B Testing and Retargeting and work on improving results and expanding successful campaigns. The specialist must be able to track Tracking and Pixel and Conversion API and GA4. The specialist must be able to prepare regular reports and analyze results and suggest improvements. The specialist must be able to work on more than one project or Brand and manage different advertising budgets.
