Travel Agency Officer

We are looking for a travel agency officer to work full-time in Istanbul.

Your tasks will include implementing hotel and flight bookings, following up on customer requests and confirming services, coordinating with companies and hotels and partners, data entry and file organization.

You must have excellent Turkish and English language skills, previous experience in the tourism and booking field, ability to handle customer inquiries and solve problems quickly, and the ability to work as a team and adhere to time.
