Turkish Marketer is looking for a motivated and multilingual B2B sales agent to join our team and connect international buyers with Turkish manufacturers and exporters. Key Responsibilities: • Contact and follow up with prospective B2B clients. • Identify client needs and qualify sales opportunities. • Introduce Turkish Marketer’s services and explain how the platform works. • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system. • Arrange online meetings with qualified prospects. • Follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle. • Build long-term relationships with international clients. • Work toward individual and team sales targets. Candidate Requirements: • Fluency in Turkish and English is required. • Professional proficiency in French is highly preferred. • Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills. • Confidence in communicating with business owners and decision-makers. • Basic knowledge or experience in B2B sales, prospecting, qualification, negotiation, or follow-up. • Organized, proactive, results-oriented, and willing to learn. • Previous experience in sales, export, import, sourcing, or international trade is an advantage but not mandatory.
