Company TV Data, specialized in television screen repair and maintenance in Istanbul, announces the need for a highly experienced executive manager to lead the company and oversee all operational and administrative activities. - Daily operations management and supervision of all company departments. - Leadership of staff, development of performance, achievement of goals and KPIs. - Development of systems and work procedures and improvement of operational efficiency. - Monitoring of income and expenses and improvement of profitability. - Supervision of employment and building a strong team and evaluation of employee performance. - Contribution to business development, expansion and increase in sales. - Representation of the company with professionalism and preservation of its interests and confidentiality. Requirements: - Age between 35-45 years old. - Proficiency in Turkish language (spoken and written) is a basic requirement. - At least 7 years of experience in management, including at least 3 years in a leadership position. - Good experience and knowledge of the Turkish market and its mechanisms. - Ability to attract and employ suitable personnel, build and manage an effective team, including technicians, drivers, customer service staff, and administrators. - Ability to set clear work systems, monitor their implementation, and transform the work environment into a system based on procedures and results. - Experience in staff management, achievement of goals, decision-making, and problem-solving. - Possession of a proven record of achieving measurable results, such as increased sales, improved productivity, or successful team building, with the ability to provide professional references upon request. - Proficiency in computer use, report preparation, and data analysis. - Integrity, honesty, discipline, and preservation of company secrets. - Preferably having experience in the maintenance or technical services sector. - Non-smoker, ready to work overtime when needed.
