Executive Manager (Leadership Experience and Turkish Language Proficiency)

Company TV DATA, specialized in TV screen maintenance and repair in Istanbul, announces the need for an experienced executive manager to lead the company and supervise all operational and administrative processes. The main tasks are: daily operations management and supervision of all company departments, leading employees, developing performance and achieving goals and KPIs, developing systems and work procedures and improving operational efficiency, monitoring revenues and expenses and improving profitability, supervising recruitment and building a strong team and evaluating employee performance, contributing to business development and expansion and increasing sales, representing the company professionally and preserving its interests and secrecy of information. The conditions are: approximately 35-45 years old, fluent Turkish language (speaking and writing) is a basic requirement, at least 7 years of experience in management, including at least 3 years in a leadership position, operational experience and good knowledge of the Turkish market and mechanisms, ability to attract and recruit suitable talents, build and manage effective teams, including technicians, drivers, customer service staff, and administrators, ability to develop clear work systems, monitor implementation, and convert the work environment into a system based on procedures and results, experience in employee management, achieving goals, taking decisions, and solving problems, having a proven record of achieving measurable results, such as increasing sales, improving productivity, or building successful teams, with the possibility of providing professional references upon request, proficiency in using computers, preparing reports, and data analysis, integrity, honesty, discipline, and preserving company secrets, preference for experience in the maintenance or technical services sector, non-smoker, and ready for additional work when needed.
