A leading engineering company in Ağva – Istanbul is looking for a Factory Manager for wood, decoration, and furniture. The candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in managing production factories for furniture, wood, and decoration. The candidates should be experienced in managing teams, production control, and quality control. The candidates should have a strong leadership personality and the ability to enforce discipline and take responsibility. The candidates should have experience in reading execution plans and dealing with carpentry, decoration, and upholstery work. It is preferred that the residence is close to the Ağva or surrounding areas. The factory manager will be responsible for overseeing all production operations within the factory. The factory manager will be responsible for managing workers, distributing tasks, and monitoring performance. The factory manager must monitor the quality of production and ensure that the work meets the required specifications. The factory manager must coordinate with the design and implementation department to ensure efficient work flow.
