The candidate receives customer calls and writes down their requests, makes maintenance appointments, communicates with customers and provides a unique service, and is committed to recording cases and entering data into the system. The candidate can work as an individual or in pairs. The candidate should have excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, and be able to work under pressure and manage time efficiently. The candidate should have good manners and good customer service skills, be committed and disciplined, and take responsibility, and be able to work as a team and achieve goals. The candidate should not be a smoker, and be ready to work extra hours when needed.
