Top Torch Travel Istanbul is hiring a customer service representative to work full-time. The candidate should be fluent in Turkish (spoken and written) and English. The candidate should be polite and have good customer service skills. The candidate should be able to answer phone calls professionally. The candidate should be able to work under pressure and handle high volume of communication. It is preferred that the candidate has experience in customer service or tourism and visa services with VFS Global and others.
