Up-Sales Representative (Fluent in Turkish & Spanish)

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Up-Sales Representative who speaks Turkish and Spanish fluently to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with existing patients, identifying additional service opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction while maximizing sales revenue. Key Responsibilities include communicating with patients before and after their treatments to promote additional services or packages, understanding patients’ needs and recommending suitable upgrades, complementary procedures, or premium offers, working closely with the sales and customer care teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery, following up with patients to maintain long-term relationships and encourage loyalty, meeting and exceeding monthly sales and conversion targets, and recording all interactions and updates accurately in the CRM system.
