A leading engineering company in the Afyonkarahisar – Istanbul region is looking for a Wood, Decorations, and Sofa Factory Manager. Please fill in your information and send it to the employer. You should have at least 5 years of experience in managing factories that manufacture furniture, wood decorations, and sofas. You should have experience in managing work teams, production follow-up, and quality control. You should have a strong leadership personality and be able to impose discipline and take responsibility. You should have the ability to make smart decisions quickly. You should have the ability to organize work and follow up on the implementation of tasks according to the predetermined timetables. You should have experience in reading executive plans and dealing with carpentry, decoration, and upholstery work. It is preferred that you live nearby Afyonkarahisar or surrounding areas. The complete supervision of production operations within the factory. Managing workers, distributing tasks, and monitoring performance. Monitoring the quality of production and ensuring that the work meets the required specifications. Coordinating with the design and implementation department to ensure efficient work.
