B2B Specialist

Description & Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented B2B Specialist to join our Business Development team in Istanbul. The B2B Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential business partners, developing and maintaining professional relationships, managing partnership processes, and contributing to lead generation and revenue growth through B2B channels. Key Responsibilities - Identify and research potential B2B partners in target markets. - Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, hotel concierge teams, travel agencies, medical tourism agencies, beauty clinics, corporate companies, and other relevant businesses. - Contact potential partners through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other communication channels. - Manage the partnership process from prospect identification to active partnership. - Maintain accurate partner information, activities, and follow-ups in Zoho CRM. - Ensure leads are correctly attributed to the relevant partner. - Follow up with existing partners to increase lead generation and strengthen business relationships. - Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for growth. - Coordinate affiliate links, QR codes, and partner-specific tracking systems. - Prepare and present partnership proposals and marketing materials. - Participate in partner meetings, hotel visits, networking events, and field sales activities when required, with field activities representing . - Support the development of new B2B acquisition channels. - Prepare regular reports on partner acquisition, leads, conversion, and revenue. - Work closely with the Business Development Manager and relevant internal departments.
