We are seeking a professional Clinic Manager to lead operations and ensure smooth daily management. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily clinic workflow and patient scheduling, supervising reception, dental assistants, and support staff, ensuring smooth coordination between dentists and staff, managing staff recruitment, onboarding, and training, preparing staff schedules and handling attendance records, conducting performance evaluations and maintaining HR files, monitoring clinic expenses and preparing monthly reports, handling supplier communication and procurement of dental/medical materials, controlling stock levels and preventing expired or non-compliant products, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and hygiene standards, maintaining proper documentation for audits and inspections, and implementing clinic policies and continuous improvement initiatives
