Clinic Manager – Proest Dental Clinic (Bayrampaşa)

Description & Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead operations and ensure smooth daily management. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare or clinic management, and possess strong organizational and leadership skills. They should be familiar with procurement, compliance, and HR processes, and proficient in Turkish. They should be aware of healthcare regulations and standards. They should be familiar with inventory management and control, and familiar with supplier communication and procurement. The main requirements are to be proficient in Turkish, familiar with inventory management and HR processes, and familiar with English. It is preferred that they are familiar with English. They must have creative thinking skills and ability to work under pressure. The Clinic Manager aims to improve quality and compliance, and to improve the quality of services provided by the clinic. They should be aware of working hours, which ranges from 9 am to 6 pm.
