Flight Operations Coordinator

Description & Requirements

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Flight Operations Coordinator to join our team and support our growing operational needs. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor all aspects of flight operations, including flight planning, execution, and post-flight duties. Obtain and manage landing permits, overflight permits, and airport slots. Arrange ground handling services, fuel orders, and crew services (transport, accommodation, visas). Review and disseminate operational flight documents such as NOTAMs, weather reports, and flight plans. Communicate effectively with air traffic control, airport authorities, clients, and third-party service providers. Manage multiple flights and operational requests simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency. Handle last-minute schedule changes and resolve operational issues under pressure. Ensure full compliance with ICAO and IATA regulations and company policies. Support the operations team with administrative tasks as needed.
