We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual to join our team in the field of social media management and digital content creation. Job Responsibilities: Manage company accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Create and publish daily content. Develop and implement a comprehensive monthly content plan. Write promotional and comment content in a professional and engaging manner. Photograph properties, projects, and company events. Design posts and marketing materials. Edit short videos and reels professionally. Monitor messages, comments, and interact with followers. Suggest innovative ideas to develop the company's digital identity and increase interaction. Prepare periodic reports on account performance and marketing campaigns. Required skills and software: Proficiency in Canva. Proficiency in CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (optional). Experience in social media account management. Ability to use Meta Business Suite. Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager basics. Ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT and Canva AI. Good photography and videography skills. Ability to prepare and organize monthly content plans. Familiarity with the latest social media trends and directions. Excellent communication skills and teamwork. Requirements: Previous experience in social media management and content creation. Having previous work (Portfolio) to showcase. Commitment to deadlines and ability to handle work pressure. Creativity and ability to provide new and innovative ideas. Preferably experience in the real estate or real estate marketing field. Proficiency in Arabic, and knowledge of English is an added advantage. Preference will be given to applicants who: Have experience in real estate content creation. Have proven experience in producing reels and creative videos. Have professional photography and editing skills. Have a good understanding of digital marketing and brand building.
