Visa Agency Specialist - Istanbul

Description & Requirements

We are seeking a Visa Agency Specialist to join our team in Istanbul.

Job Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and messages, review and evaluate visa application files, ensure the completeness and validity of required documents, follow up on customer files and visa procedures, update customers with any new information regarding their applications, and provide necessary guidance in a clear and professional manner.

Requirements: 100% proficiency in both Turkish and Arabic (English is a plus). The applicant must be a Turkish citizen. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Beylikdüzü or nearby areas. Excellent customer service and professional communication skills are required, along with commitment, discipline, accountability, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Salary & Benefits: 35,000 TL + SGK (Social Security).
