Description & Requirements

We are looking for a medical consultant to join a specialized team in hair transplantation and medical aesthetics in Istanbul. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in hair transplantation or medical tourism. Proficiency in at least two languages from: Arabic, English, Romanian, German, Russian, French, Spanish. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Ability to handle patients professionally. Experience in using WhatsApp Business and CRM. Ability to work as a team and achieve goals. Tasks: Communicate with patients and respond to their inquiries. Collect information and send photos of cases for medical evaluation. Follow up on patients and organize communication stages. Provide clear and professional information about medical services. Update and follow up on patient data through CRM system.
