Operation Officer for Tourism

Description & Requirements

We are looking for an Operation Officer to join our team in Istanbul with years of experience in the tourism operations field. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the tourism operations field. Experience in preparing and pricing and managing tourist packages inside and outside of Turkey, and coordination with hotels, airlines, transportation companies and tourist guides is also a major requirement. The candidate should be able to prepare and negotiate with service providers. The candidate should have high organizational skills, the ability to handle stress, and problem-solving skills. It is also required to be proficient in Microsoft Office. Additionally, it is preferable that the candidate is proficient in both Arabic and Turkish, and English is an added advantage. In this role, the Operation Officer will be responsible for preparing and developing tourist programs and packages inside and outside of Turkey, following bookings and coordinating with all service providers, ensuring the execution of tourist programs with the highest quality, and following up with customers and solving any operational challenges during the trips.
