Sales Representative

Description & Requirements

Direct communication with customers through social media and WhatsApp. Providing tourism and hotel offers in a professional and clear manner. Following up with customers continuously and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. Following up on booking operations and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction. Previous experience in sales, preferably in tourism or customer service. Excellent communication skills and politeness in dealing with customers. Punctuality, commitment, and accuracy in work. Ability to work within a team and achieve sales targets. Proficiency in Arabic, knowledge of English or Turkish is a plus. Full dedication to work from the company's headquarters in Şişli, Istanbul (remote work is not available).
