Tourism Reservation Officer

Description & Requirements

We are looking for a Tourism Reservation Officer who can provide excellent customer service and enhance the customer experience. Must have excellent Turkish and English language skills and experience in the tourism and reservation field. Must have skills in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues quickly and be able to work in a team and meet deadlines. Must be able to perform hotel and flight reservations and follow up on customer requests and confirm services and coordinate with companies and hotels and partners. Must be able to enter data and organize files.
