Travel Agent

Description & Requirements

We are looking for a travel agent to work in Istanbul. You should be fluent in Turkish and English. You should have experience in the tourism and reservation field (hotels – airlines – tourism programs). You should be able to handle customer requests and solve problems quickly. You should be able to work as a team and adhere to time. Your job will be to implement hotel and airline reservations, follow up on customer requests and confirm services, coordinate with companies and hotels and partners, enter data and organize files.
