Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations: Oversee daily clinic workflow and patient scheduling. Supervise reception, dental assistants, and support staff. Ensure smooth coordination between dentists and staff. Administrative & Financial: Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, and training. Prepare staff schedules and handle attendance records. Conduct performance evaluations and maintain HR files. Financial & Procurement: Monitor clinic expenses and prepare monthly reports. Handle supplier communication and procurement of dental/medical materials. Control stock levels and prevent expired or non-compliant products. Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and hygiene standards. Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections. Implement clinic policies and continuous improvement initiatives. Patient Relations: Oversee front-desk operations and patient communication. Handle patient feedback and resolve complaints professionally. Support marketing and community outreach activities. Requirements: Previous experience in healthcare or clinic management preferred. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Knowledge of procurement, compliance, and HR processes. Fluent in Turkish (English is an advantage).
