We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing and developing paid advertising campaigns for various projects and Brands within the company. * Managing and improving advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads. * Developing advertising strategies to achieve measurable leads, conversions, and results. * Analyzing campaign performance and monitoring metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS. * Implementing A/B testing and retargeting to improve results and expand successful campaigns. * Tracking and monitoring pixel, conversion API, and GA4. * Preparing regular reports and analyzing results and proposing improvements. * Ability to work on multiple projects or Brands and manage different advertising budgets.
