Project/Operations Manager

We are looking for a Project/Operations Manager due to our needs. We are looking for someone with experience and the ability to manage digital projects, organize teams, and ensure the efficient and high-quality execution of tasks. - Location: Kağıthane, Istanbul - Work system: Full-time from the company headquarters (exclusive office work, not remote). - The company provides a special working environment that includes: employee restrooms and daily meals. - Responsibilities: Project management, planning and managing project timelines and tracking progress, distributing tasks to team members and tracking progress continuously, daily work tracking and ensuring compliance with project plans, ensuring the delivery of all project outputs on time and to the required quality, coordinating between different teams to ensure smooth work, tracking customer needs and project requirements and converting them into clear implementation plans, preparing regular reports on project progress, challenges, and proposed solutions, developing and improving internal work procedures to improve team efficiency. - Requirements: At least 4 years of experience in project management or operations management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or digital services company, experience in managing multiple projects at the same time and tracking multiple specialized teams, strong skills in organization, planning, communication, and problem-solving, the ability to lead teams and take responsibility and make decisions, English and Turkish language proficiency is essential.
