We are looking for a specialist in managing sponsored ads and improving campaigns on: Meta Ads — Instagram and TikTok Ads Required: 5+ years of experience in sponsored ads and high level of expertise with previous works along with experience in analysis and numbers and campaign optimization to achieve the lowest price Tasks and responsibilities: Creating and managing ad campaigns from start to achieve results Managing ad budgets and allocating them efficiently Analyzing data and reading KPIs A/B Testing campaigns continuously to increase ROAS and reduce CPA / CPL Preparing periodic reports and analyzing campaign results Identifying the target audience and building targeting strategies and re-targeting Ongoing monitoring of ad performance and making data-driven decisions
