We are seeking a professional Clinic Manager to lead operations and ensure smooth daily management. Key responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee daily clinic workflow and patient scheduling; Supervise reception, dental assistants, and support staff; Ensure smooth coordination between dentists and staff. Administrative & HR: Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, and training; Prepare staff schedules and handle attendance records; Conduct performance evaluations and maintain HR files. Financial & Procurement: Monitor clinic expenses and prepare monthly reports; Handle supplier communication and procurement of dental/medical materials; Control stock levels and prevent expired or non-compliant products. Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and hygiene standards; Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections; Implement clinic policies and continuous improvement initiatives. Patient Relations: Oversee front-desk operations and patient communication; Handle patient feedback and resolve complaints professionally; Support marketing and community outreach activities. Requirements: Previous experience in healthcare or clinic management preferred; Strong organizational and leadership skills; Knowledge of procurement, compliance, and HR processes; Fluent in Turkish (English is an advantage); Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
