The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting international patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring clear communication, comfort, and a seamless experience from arrival to aftercare. Key Responsibilities - Assist and guide patients before, during, and after their treatments. - Provide accurate verbal and written translation between patients and medical staff. - Ensure patients fully understand treatment plans, procedures, and post-treatment instructions. - Coordinate with medical, sales, and customer care teams to deliver a smooth and positive patient experience.
