We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing and developing paid advertising campaigns for various projects and Brands under the company. Manage and improve advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, preferably Google Ads. Develop advertising strategies to achieve measurable leads, conversions, and results. Analyze campaign performance and track metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS. Implement A/B Testing and Retargeting and work on improving results and expanding successful campaigns. Monitor tracking, pixel, conversion API, and GA4. Prepare regular reports and analyze results and suggest improvements. Ability to work on more than one project or Brand and manage different advertising budgets.
