Sponsorship and Sports Marketing Specialist

Description & Requirements

Karagümrük Hentbol Spor Kulübü is seeking a Sponsorship and Sports Marketing Specialist to develop our club's sponsorship efforts and create new business partnerships. The primary goal of this position is to research potential sponsor companies, communicate with companies, professionally present our club's sponsorship packages, and secure new sponsorship agreements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Researching potential sponsor companies and contacting new companies.
• Reaching out to companies via phone, email, LinkedIn, and face-to-face meetings.
• Presenting the club's sponsorship packages and cooperation opportunities to companies.
• Following up on sponsorship negotiations and managing the agreement process.
• Developing long-term business collaborations with new brands and companies.
• Bringing new sponsors to the club.

Working and Compensation Model:

This position operates on a sales/success-oriented commission system. Instead of a fixed salary, commission/bonus payments will be made based on completed and finalized sponsorship agreements. The commission rate and details will be shared during the interview. We are looking for candidates who are interested in the sports sector, have high communication and persuasion skills, can conduct meetings with companies, and work in a results-oriented manner. Our goal: to expand Karagümrük Hentbol's sponsorship network and bring sustainable commercial collaborations to our club.
